FREE NL & BE RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging.
- Returns outside NL & BE are at your own expense
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via info@nulaeyewear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

We offer the option to exchange an item. Would you like to exchange your item for another model or color? Please contact our customer service via info@nulaeyewear.com.
In your email, please include your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and which model or color you would like to receive instead. We will then send you further instructions for the exchange.
Please note: an exchange is only possible if the item is returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at info@nulaeyewear.com within 7 days of purchase, including photos clearly showing the issue, and we will work to resolve the matter for you.
