RETURN & REFUND
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
Promotion Terms – Free Tote Bag
For orders with a total value of €150 or more, the customer will receive a free tote bag (retail value €19.95).
If the order is fully or partially returned and the total order value falls below the €150 threshold, the free tote bag must also be returned.
If the tote bag is not returned, NULÁ Eyewear reserves the right to deduct the amount of €19.95 (retail value of the tote bag) from the refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via info@nulaeyewear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at info@nulaeyewear.com within 7 days of purchase, including photos clearly showing the issue, and we will work to resolve the matter for you.
