Shipping costs 

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. 

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

Shipping times 

• International: 2-5 business days via DHL parcel connect. 
• The Netherlands and Belgium: 1-3 business days via DHL. 

Estimated shipping dates are for reference only and may be subject to delays beyond our control. International orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. 

Shipment tracking 

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. 

Import duties, Customs fees, and Brokerage fees 

NULÁ is not liable for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your local government. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are collected directly by the relevant authorities. If you choose not to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and NULÁ will not be responsible for any loss of funds resulting from this. 

Please note that NULÁ is unable to determine the exact amount of these charges in advance. Once your purchase reaches customs, the shipping carrier will contact you regarding any additional fees that may apply. If a customer chooses not to pay the import taxes, NULÁ reserves the right to charge the customer for any incurred costs. For any questions about this matter please contact info@nulaeyewear.com. 

All our products are shipped as trackable packages, ensuring visibility throughout transit. During shipping, the package is insured, and we kindly ask you to inspect the contents upon delivery. If the package or its contents arrive damaged, please report this to the courier immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it, and then return the item to us. 

NULÁ is not responsible for lost items during transportation. Please also note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
