These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all use of and orders placed on the NULÁ Eyewear website, https://nulaeyewear.com ("Website"), owned and operated by NULÁ, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands under the following details:

By accessing our Website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Before placing an order, please also review our Privacy Policy here.
NULÁ reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one that was published on the Website at the time of purchase.
Products & Availability
NULÁ sells high-quality sunglasses. Products are available for purchase as long as they are in stock. If a product is out of stock, it will be clearly marked on the Website.
Pre-orders may be available for selected products and will be explicitly marked on the product page with an estimated delivery time.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency of the country from which the order is placed and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change but are final once an order has been confirmed.
Accepted payment methods include:
- PayPal
- iDEAL (Netherlands)
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
- Apple Pay
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
In case of pricing errors, NULÁ reserves the right to cancel an order before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via DHL worldwide.
Estimated delivery time:
- International: 2-5 business days via DHL parcel connect.
- The Netherlands: 1-3 business days via DHL.
Subject to delays beyond our control
Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping within NL and BE.
- For orders outside NL or BE, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Customs Duties & Import Fees: Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and may need to be paid upon delivery.
Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be provided.
NULÁ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or other external factors.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags and seals attached.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- To initiate a return, please follow the return instructions on our return & refund page.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
- Items on sale cannot be returned.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@nulaeyewear.com with your order details and images of the issue. If a defect is confirmed, NULÁ will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product free of charge.
Liability & Disclaimers
- NULÁ is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunities.
- NULÁ is not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as customs processing, courier delays, or force majeure events.
- Product colors displayed on the Website may vary slightly due to screen settings; NULÁ is not liable for such variations.
- By using this Website, you accept that its content is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or availability.
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product images, and website design, is the property of NULÁ. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in the District Court of Amsterdam.
Changes to Terms
NULÁ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Website. Continued use of the Website or placement of orders after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
